PROJECT TURNKEY SERVICES

The MAYLAN IMSA Development provides a full range of project turnkey services as complete project development solutions to our clients for a wide range of industries.  The 6th or last step of the Project Turnkey Services following completion of the project is Operations and Management.
 
After the construction of the new project or project expansion is completed, work must be turned over to the operations management team, which will be responsible for the day to day management of the completed project, which may by a manufacturing plant, an office building, a residential building, or power plant.  The operations management team shall ensure that the construction team has completed and delivered the deliverables or assets with quality and specifications according contractual agreement between the Party responsible for Construction and the Stakeholders or their representative, who is likely to be the Party that is responsible for the Operation and Maintenance of the assets.
 
MAYLAN IMSA Development can provide well qualified Operations Management Team to take over the completed project and manage the day to day operation with proactive maintenance and quality control to deliver maximum output of quality and market-ready products and services.
 
In line with many PPP (Public and Private Participation) projects initiated by the government, which are structured financially as BOT (Build, Operate, and Transfer) or BOOT (Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer) projects to enable the investor to recuperate the spent capital in the project from revenues received from running the business. As the PPP structure relieves the government from the responsibility of having to come up with the capital to fund public facilities and infrastructures, it is the most common method of funding nowadays for government projects.
 
Since Operations Management is also part of our Turnkey Project services, it becomes a well-coordinated handover because the 2 teams have had plenty of opportunities to work closely together to prepare for the handover.   MAYLAN IMSA to handover work from its construction team to its operation team, where MAYLAN IMSA takes full responsibility for both the construction and operations management services, leaving stakeholders free of worries and responsibilities for the intense day to day work of operations management.
