PROJECT TURNKEY SERVICES

MAYLAN IMSA Development provides a full range of project turnkey services as complete project development solutions to our clients for a wide range of industries.  The 3rd step of the Project Turnkey Services following Project Funding is Project Design.  Project design is an early phase of a project where the project's key features, structure, criteria for success, and major deliverables are planned out. The aim is to develop one or more designs that can be used to achieve the desired project goals.  A project design comes before a project plan as the design provides a broad overview whereas a project plan includes more detailed information.

 

Although project design may cover wide range of industries such as Communication Design, Interior and Architecture Design, Fashion Design, and Industrial Design, for the purpose of our background, MAYLAN IMSA Development will only cover project design relating to Communication, Construction, and Food Manufacturing Processes.

 

The MAYLAN IMSA Project Design Team works closely with our clients and partners from an early stage of the project to study their project requirements and prepare various conceptual designs and associated plans, budget costs and schedules that would meet those requirements.  Our team undertakes this creative process together with the clients based on their input to ensure that the proposed design will meet the client’s objectives.  Deliverables from the project design will feed into the next stage of the process, which is project planning. A project plan would incorporate detail design drawings and specifications for construction, such as building plan drawings that include Site Plan, Floor Plan, Cross Section, Elevation, and Landscape Plans.
