PROJECTS

MAYLAN IMSA invests in new development projects, as well as in upgrades and expansions of existing projects in infrastructures, utilities (water, electricity and waste water or solid wastes), telecommunication and internet, roads, rails, airports, real estates, agriculture, food processing, mining, and healthcare.   Priority will be given to projects that are ready for undertaking and those that provide critical services for solving basic necessities (staple food and gasoline, diesel) shortage.

 

We work with both private and government sectors, and are experienced with executing PPP (Public & Private Participation) projects under BOT and BOOT arrangement.
